Are there any running costs?
We don't charge per order or per image, we just charge an annual fee to maintain your site and merchant bank account intergration. The first annual payment is included in you ImageTX setup fee.
There may also be a small transaction charge made by you merchant account provider.

I already have a merchant bank account, can I use it with ImageTX?
Yes you can! Provide us with the details and your payments will be made into your existing merchant account.

I don't have a merchant account?
We will set you up a merchant account with our payment parteners WorldPay, as part of the package.

How long does it take to setup?
Your web site should be live within 7 to 10 working days, subject to your merchant bank account.

What equipment do you need?
All you need is a PC with a Broadband connection and the equipment in your shop to produce Prints and any other services you wish to offer (e.g. T shirts, Key rings, etc) from digital files.
