1. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to 'Tools' in the top menu bar and click on 'Internet Options'.

2. Click on the 'Security' tab as shown below:


3. Click on 'Custom Level' in the security options, as shown below:


4. Ensure that the 5 ActiveX control settings are set to ENABLE as shown below:


5. Refresh or go back and re-load the upload page. If you are asked, "Do you trust and want to install the ActiveX component?" make sure that you click "Yes".

We recomend you reset all of your security after you have finished using our site.
